Sullivan Farms Subdivision, Franklin TN - There are seven sections, learn the differences.

Sullivan Farms is located in Franklin, TN in Williamson County. Sullivan Farms first started construction in 1997 and completed construction of the neighborhood in 2004. On what was once a tobacco farm, Sullivan Farms Subdivision now consist of approximately 750 homes within Seven Sections. The seven sections of Sullivan Farms are:

The Run - section built by Phillips Home Builders (now Beazer Homes). The Run include homes on Wisteria Drive, Buttercup Cove, Camellia Court, Larkspur Cove, Freesia Court, Tiger Lily Court, Periwinkle Cove, Wildflower Court, Hollyhock Way, Orchid Trail, and part of Bluebell Way. The homes in the Run section range in size from approximately 1800 square feet to approximately 2800 square feet. While some homes are all brick, most have all vinyl backs. Most homes in this section have about .20 acre. This section starts in the $260's generally. The Run is the first section on the right after entering the neighborhood from the Mack Hatcher Entrance.

The Highlands - section was built by four different builders; Turnberry Homes, D R Horton Builders, Torrey Homes, and Tennessee Valley Builders. The Highlands include homes on Stonehaven Circle, Galloway Drive, Dundee Drive, Falkirk Court, and Kiltie Way. The homes in the Run section range in size from approximately 2700 square feet to approximately 3600 square feet. Most of the homes in this section are all brick homes and generally have about .20 acre. This section starts in the $340's generally. The Highlands is the first section on the left after entering the neighborhood from the Mack Hatcher entrance.

The Chase - section was built by Zaring & Drees Homes. The Chase section (center of the neighborhood) has two entrances, the second and third on the left after entering the neighborhood from the Mack Hatcher entrance. You can also enter this section from the Chase or Down sections. The Chase include homes on Braemere Drive, Cairnview Drive, Strathmore Drive, McKenzie Way, Lighthouse Terrace, Dunbar Court, Turnberry Drive, and Niblick Court. The homes in this section are mostly all brick, however some have vinyl on the upstairs portion of the back of the home. The homes in this section range in size from approximately 2600 square feet to approximately 3300 square feet. Most of the homes in this section are generally on .25 acre. This section starts in the $340's generally.

The Meadows - section was also built by Zaring and Drees Homes. The Meadows section include homes on Bluebell Way, Rob Roy Court, Wynbrook Court, Braveheart Drive, William Wallace Drive, & Lagan Court. The homes in this section are brick on all sides with vinyl on the back side, however some homes are all brick. A few homes on Bluebell and Wynbrook back to common area. The homes in this section range in size from approximately 2300 square feet to approximately 2700 square feet and are generally on .20 acre lots. This section starts in the $270's generally. The Meadows is also located in the center of the neighborhood equal distance from the Lewisburg pike and Mack Hatcher entrances. It is the second entrance on the right after entering on from the Mack Hatcher entrance. You can also enter this section via the Run section.

The Cove - section is built by Turnberry Homes and custom built. The Cove is unique with 1-3 acre lots. There are only 4 homes located in the cove section all on St Anne Way. These homes are all brick and are all over 3000 square feet, most with basements. These homes haven't been available for sale in some time. This section would most likely start in the low $500's. It is the third section on the right from the Mack Hatcher entrance or the second on the left from the Lewisburg pike entrance.

The Ridge - section is built by Turnberry Homes. The Ridge, like the cove, is an estate section of the neighborhood with lots ranging from .5 - 1.5 acre lots. These homes are all brick homes and range in size from 3000 square feet to 4000 square feet. The Ridge section include homes on Ironwood Way and Birkdale Court. This section is located across from the pool and is the first section on the left from the Lewisburg Pike entrance or the last on the right from Mack Hatcher. This section would most likely start in the upper $400's.

The Downs - section is built by Zaring and Drees Homes. The Downs section include homes on Allyson Lane, Stillcreek Drive, Applecross Drive, Madison Court, Abercairn Drive, Findon Court, Benmore Drive, Glenbeag Court, Fannich Court, and McGregor Court. These homes are all brick with side entry garages. These homes range from 2800 square feet to just over 4000 square feet. Most homes in this section are on .33 acres, but some lots are up to .5 acre. This section is the first section on the right after the pool from the Lewisburg Pike entrance and the last on the left (before the pool) from the Mack Hatcher entrance.

Middle Tennessee sets records for Early Voting

According to this morning's news report on channel 4 news (WSMV), about half of registered voters in Williamson, Davidson, and Rutherford counties have voted early. This years early voting in Middle TN set new early voting records. Davidson county is reporting that around 185,213 of 325,000 registered voters had early voted as of Thursday afternoon. Hopeully this will make the lines significantly shorter on Tuesday's November 4th voting day. No matter who you are voting for, you must get out and vote.

Statewide turnout through Wednesday was 1.38 million, believe it or not, that is about 1/4 million more votes than was previously set for early voting in the 2004 presidential elections.

If you haven't already voted, Don't forget to vote on Tuesday, November 4th. Every vote counts, even in Tennessee.

Well it is not too late to get out and vote. Tomorrow is the last day for early voting so don't miss the opportunity. Williamson County, tn has set up several satellite voting locations.
