This may the BEST photo I have ever seen about a couple in LOVE.
And I'm not just saying that because the folks in this photo are related to me...althought they are. I'm saying that because it really IS the coolest photo. The love, the energy, the lump in my (maybe your) throat...the peanut butter sandwich being eat'in in the screened in window by the "spy" little sister! How cool is this...and how flexible is my Gram?! Laughter and Love are the Fountain of Youth as far as I'm concerned. Any thoughts?

There are a lot of "diamonds in the rough" for sale on today's real estate market. Such a "diamond" may be in a great location, have large sunny rooms and a big yard, but may also have torn wallpaper, worn hardwood floors, old carpeting and uninspired bathrooms.
If you can look beyond the surface, you may see a house with incredible potential that could be transformed by a little "elbow grease", paint and new carpets. If a house is structurally sound and all the systems are in good condition, it may be only a few cosmetic repairs away from being fantastic! A home that does not show well is usually priced accordingly. If the price doesn't reflect the condition of the house, the seller may be more willing to negotiate than a seller who has made a considerable investment in preparing a home for the market.

FALL IN NEW ENGLAND
Well, the pool is closed down for the season, the lounge chairs put in the shed
and all the beach towels tucked away for next spring.
