Advertise your business with a "wrap" of your vehicle in San Antonio, Texas ~ Call Traffic Graffics
Last year, my sister, Kristin Moran and I decided to purchase a moving van.
Now this was no ordinary moving truck...it's 18 feet long! We wanted to add another privilege for our clients that purchase or sell a house through the Sisters That Sell team.
We called David Larsonwith Traffic Graffics. He has been in the marketing business for some time now, has great ideas, is honest, finishes the job, but most important does quality work. See I brought David a truck that looked like this:

and he magically turned it into this:

A good place for breakfast or lunch or dinner, Union Street Station in New Braunfels, Texas.
So, last Sunday we were out for a little family fun.
We decided to start with breakfast (at noon) and went to the Union Street Station in New Braunfels, Texas. We have some local friends that are there (it seems like once every two weeks) and they just rant and rave about the food.
I was astounded to see that they make 55 DIFFERENT types of omelets! Heavens!
The place is tiny (so you will wait for a spot), the staff is friendly and the food, well? WORTH THE WAIT!

This place is located at the corner of San Antonio Street and Union Street (right in front of Schlitterbahn).
I know you will enjoy as much as we did!
I just thought I would spread the word. Kristin Moran and I are hosting at FACEBOOK and other social media class this thursday.
The easiest way to RSVP is to go to our FACEBOOK page!

Class will start at 5:30pm

Appliance Repair in San Antonio, Texas ~ Mr. Appliance
Paul Berry is the owner and operator of the local Mr. Appliance here in San Antonio. Owning a property management company means that we have a lot of appliances and yes, they need repairs. Big repairs? Small repairs? Paul Berry and his team with take care of it.
Before we started using Mr. Appliance the companies that I had hired were, let's just say hit or miss. Some of the guys were "scary" looking and I wasn't sure if I wanted them in my house or worse, left my house messier than it was when they showed up. I wasn't about to send them out to one of my management houses!
I have never had this problem with Mr. Appliance of San Antonio. Paul's service people will show up on time, professionally dressed and clean cut, so your not afraid to let them in your door. They put down a mat on your front porch so they don't track in any mess as well as wear little "blue booties" so if they happen to have something on their shoes, it's not in your house. To me this is old fashioned service. I haven't seen anything like it in many, many years. You should have seen the look on my face when the technician started to do all of these little "extras" to insure that my house was kept nice!
But let's not also forget that these guys know more about your appliances, how they work, or don't, how to do preventive maintenance and such MORE THAN YOU EVER WANTED TO KNOW!
Paul Berry is one appliance guy.
The service is top notch and the prices are reasonable for appliance repair in San Antonio, Texas.
Don't wait for your appliances to not be working before calling them out. Sometimes a little tune up can keep something running longer.

Matt Stigliano, San Antonio Real Estate Agent joins RE/MAX ACCESS in Garden Ridge, Texas.

Kristin Moran and I are so pleased to announce that Matt Stigliano has joined the RE/MAX ACCESS family. Matt was formerly with an EXIT office on the Northwest side of San Antonio and we actually met online through ACTIVE RAIN.
It was this post that sparked the conversation.
Matt has a strong online presence where he has been actively blogging through ACTIVE RAIN, AGENT GENIUS and is a huge proponent of TWITTER. Basically, the man is involved in learning, teaching and building relationships online.
When I met Matt I knew from his blogging that he is thorough, persistent, dedicated and honest. When we met with him in person, I could tell that he has a great passion for Real Estate and this transcends very well through his dedication to his clients and their needs.
I asked Matt what was it that made him make a move not only to a different company, but to also choose the RE/MAX name. This is what he had to say, "I looked at the RE/MAX Access' online presence and use of tools like social media and knew they had the technological skills that I wanted in a brokerage to affiliate myself with. I knew I had to join after meeting everyone who worked there and finding an enthusiastic bunch with a dedication to the improvement of real estate transactions, education for clients and the consumer, and a view of how to use tools like blogging and social media to grow their business."
I couldn't have said it better.
If you choose to send Matt your congratulations or ask him why he decided to make a change to RE/MAX ACCESS, please email him at Matt@rerockstar.com or call Matt at 210-240-6222.
RE/MAX ACCESS is one of the fastest growing RE/MAX offices in the area. Want to learn how we are positioning ourselves to be a 100% technologically savvy office? Please give us a call or visit us to find out what makes us different.
