Newport Beach had 122 new or re-listed homes come on the market. 46 are currently in escrow, with 28 of those happening in February. 25 homes were reported as sold.
Corona del Mar had 36 new or re-listed homes come on the market. 27 are currently in escrow, with 13 of those happening in February. 6 homes were reported as sold.
Newport Coast had 52 new or re-listed homes come on the market. 18 are currently in escrow, with 10 of those happening in February. 4 homes were reported as sold.
Laguna Beach had 67 new or re-listed homes come on the market. 41 are currently in escrow, with 14 of those happening in February. 10 homes were reported as sold.
Dana Point had 72 new or re-listed homes come on the market. 46 are currently in escrow, with 29 of those happening in February. 15 homes were reported as sold.

Drought Declared Over in the OC
According to Gary Robbins, of The Register, federal climatologists have declared that Orange County's Drought is officially OVER. Out of all the coastal counties in Southern California, we, here in the OC, were the last to be removed from any drought categories on the list of the U.S. Drought Monitor.

What does this have to do with real estate? Well, lately when it rains here, it pours and the inventory of homes on the market has followed suit although Orange County is still the "driest" county in all of Southern California.
