Every evening after work I love to sit on the patio and enjoy the hummingbirds. They are so delightful as they play and drink from the feeders in the back yard. I love to hear them chirp and flutter past. Sometimes they appear to even want to fight with one another touching their fluttering wings together ~ they have been so sweet this summer.
Keller Williams Realty located in Spartanburg, at 245 East Blackstock Road, South Carolina 29306 is having their annual yard sale this Saturday, June 13th from 8:00 am until, and this year is donating proceeds to the Glenn Springs Boys Home, which is also located in Spartanburg. The yard sale features a good selection of goods to choose from including, baby items and toys, household goods including furniture, electronics and clothing.
This is a part of the KW Cares function of the Keller Williams Realty business, which chooses a project each year to give back to the local community.
We have been very fortunate, here in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to have had several days of rain. We have had several thunder showers and alot of high wind, but for the most part we have just had steady rain.
The public television stations have reported that this will help us with the rainfall shortage that we have experienced for the past several years. We were on water restrictions just last fall.
It is hard to show property in the rain, but we are thrilled to have the rain and hope that this will help to replenish the supplies in our area.
Water is something that we tend to take for granted until we don't have it.

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you. The way that you dealt with us and the way you handled the issues that arose with the seller's realtor should define "REALTOR". We have bought four houses in the past 9 years and have never before had such a pleasurable experience. Even when I worked with realtors for potential hires and new associates at my job, I never met or worked with anyone of your caliber.
You always took the extra step-from inspecting under the house to inspecting the attic to helping coordinate wallpaper. You did it all! We would definitely use and suggest David and Sandy for any real estate transactions. They go that extra mile, from personal service, sound advice and great advertising techniques.
