According to the Arizona Realtor Magazine One in Four Baby Boomers are expected to be moving to a new home in the future. The majority of baby boomers will be looking for single-level homes and either are looking for a more confortable home or a more convenient location.

Some other factors they will be looking for are, a better house, a better climate, or a location closer to family and friends. More than half of the boomers planning to move are looking for a home that is all one level.
