Evergrene Palm Beach Gardens

I often write about Evergrene as it is a beautiful Palm Beach Gardens Community which has almost everything I would want in a community (excluding a tennis court) as I feel it would be great for kids, great for socializing, and has an amazing location.. (wish it had tennis courts:)) The old tennis player in me although I haven't really hit a ball since I was pregnant with my 3 year old. The homes in Evergrene have had some rough reviews with the construction sometimes not always being the best, but you just get a good inspection and you are fine. I just can't seem to find the perfect house. I even thought of Old Palm, Frenchmans Reserve, or even Mirasol, but then your dealing with country club fees when all I really want is a great social environment for my family.

Old Palm doesn't require you to purcahse the equity but why would you want to live there if you could use the fun stuff.

Weekends Don't bring many New Listings

If you are looking for a home, you rely on the New's of the week to give you an updated list of what is on the market. But the weekends tend to be the slowest days of the week for new properties. When you are looking to buy a home like myself you spend countless hours surfing the web for any possable home you can find, but at the end of the day, it seems like weekends you can take the day off.

Being in real estate, I always found it so easy to find homes for people, and there seemed to be so much on the market for everyone. But as a buyer now, I feel the opposite, maybe the knowledge of the market has made it more difficult to make a decision, wanting a little but from every home and community I see. I don't know, but with 9 offers out and not one successsful transaction buying a house for myself is getting very frusterating.

I have seen the deals, I have seen the communities, I know the homes, floor plans before I even walk in, but what is stopping me. We have 60 days in our summer rental in Jupiter Inlet Colony, which has been fun, but no HOME. So I am hoping for this weekend magically to appear a great new listing, but knowing how the market works, I guess I'll be waiting until Monday to find a new Palm Beach home for myself.

Summer time should bring about new listings

I have been waiting patiently for the perfect home to come on the market, and now is the time, I hope!! With school out and summer about to begin, all those people that didn't want to sell while there kids were going to school should come on the market, I would hope atleast. Being on the prowl for a great Palm Beach home has not been such an easy task..

Selling our house 2 months ago thinking that we would find something great, has been a little bit of a disappointment. We are currently renting in a beautiful home, but I am ready for something a little more permanent. Having 2 little kids, moving a lot is not my idea of fun. I just need that one perfect house to come on the market.

I need a large lot for the kids, great dane, and labrador, I need a 3000 plus sq ft home in a very family friendly neighborhood with activities and lots to do, I would like to be in a Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens home with great schools. With 9 offers out and no takers, I want the next one to be it, so next great Palm Beach home with this comes on the market it is mine, of course I forgot with a great price!!

Frenchmans Reserve Holiday Party

Anyone who ever thought a country club was a place for boring people has it wrong, especially when you are at Frenchmans Reserve! Every even we have been to has been top notch and this Memorial Day proved to be another successful party.

Frenchmans Reserve pool side barbque inclusing music, great food, drinks, and fun for the kids. With a cool waterslide, dunk tank, and road ralley for the little ones, we truly had a blast. If you want a hype young country club with great activities great ammenities and an amazing Palm Beach Gardens location, Frenchmans Reserve is truly the best!

Better Buy Now!! Homes are Selling and Prices are Going Up

People don't believe me what I say this.. They hear the news and think she is just trying to sell me a home. But I did sell my home and it wasn't even on the market, now I am trying to find something and I am seeing the market do nothing but sell. After putting 5 offers on homes, 4 obviously multiple buyers wanted the home and we lost. Me still believing there is a great deal out there, seeing homes that I thought people priced crazy marked contingent, what are people thinking or are we actually taking a turn for the market will improve. This is great for business, but why couldn't it wait for me to buy a home.

Communities like Evergrene, Palm Beach Country Estates, Egret Landing, Mirabella, they are moving. Homes in that $350,000 to $800,000 range. If they are even priced above appraised value they are selling. People are getting emotional, depserate, of just don't want to be the last to buy in this "low Palm Beach rea estate market"

I wish the news looked at News on MLS, I wish they looked at Solds and Contingents, they would see what I see and maybe report it.. Just let them wait for me to find a house so the prices don't beat these words up :)
