About Sandy Sue:
Sandy Sue is a native of Arizona, born and raised in the Phoenix. Her family has been in the area since 1935. Sandy Sue has witnessed the many changes and growth in the last 40 years in the Valley of the Sun. She enjoys being a Feng Shui Master www.BalanceYourLife.net and Realtor, helping people to buy or sell their home, a business purchase and educate them on how Feng Shui design and techniques can either energize or deplete you. Sandy Sue listens to clients' wants and needs so she can successfully find them and create their perfect places.

Sandy Sue has studied the Black Hat tradition of Feng Shui since 1998 and she is a graduate of the Paradigm Institute of Feng Shui for Real Estate. Schooled in both Classical and Western traditions, she gracefully unites ancient Taoist philosophy with modern design. Rick has lived in Arizona since he was 12 years-old. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Rick graduated from ASU in 1986 with a degree in Real Estate, and has been appraising www.PreciseAppraisal.com and selling homes since then. Rick is also a CSSN Certified Short Sale Negotiator, a CNE Certified Negotiating Expert, and a CRA Certified Residential Appraiser. He is very dedicated to negotiating the best deal for his clients.
