Hello Friends,
I am taking this "blog moment" to look back on 2007. I started off by getting my license in January. I set off with wariness as statements of negativity from jaded, cranky, and failing Realtors rang in my head. I kept my chin up and worked my butt off. (I have since realized that I worked 6-7 days a week, 12-20 hours a day, for most of the year.) I found my stride in March and joined up with my best friend the "marketing-wonder-women". We have since built an amazing real estate company! We added transaction coordinators and a buyers specialist in the last couple of months, as well as a dynamic business coach and financial planner. We switched from Real Investment to Keller Williams in December and have felt right a home.
We did an overwhelming amount of networking and lead generation too. As a result, this year we have grown our client base by 1000 people who know and respect us. We care about the friendships we create. People aren't stupid. They know if they are simply a commission check. As a service provider, my job is to "serve". We have made that concept even deeper by calling ourselves Friendship Based Real Estate TM. We base everything we do on friendship. Everything. I've painted garages, roofed, cleaned, and sold homes for $1. I am thrilled with the accomplishments of our hard work and generous spirits. I am grateful for the opportunities we have had to work with so many amazing individuals. What an honor it is to be in a position to serve and bring blessing!!! I am looking forward to the coming year with anticipation and am excited to step into what 2008 will hold. I wish you all well. Have a wonderful night!
Sincerely,
Sarah
Hello friends,
Is anyone else out there craving the sun!??? I love few things in life more than to tilt my face to the sky with my eyes closed and have that elemental red warmth of the summer sun glow on my skin. (Why the heck am I in love with Eastern Washington anyway?) Now, being freckled and fair, I do have to slather on buckets of sunscreen, but I love warmth and brightness. Showing houses is much better in the Summer too. Right now we are in a record setting winter complete with drifts of snow that make me feel like an Arctic explorer simply getting the mail. Business is great though and my clients are happy that I'm selling there homes! (Maybe it's the free hat and gloves sets being given at open houses) I suppose to be fair though, I do enjoy wood fires, hot cocoa and sledding (kind of hard to have those in Hawaii). Anyway, I wish you all a wonderful evening from the beautifully iced wonderland of Spokane, WA. I think I'm going to curl up in from of my space heater and pretend I'm in Mexico :) LOL
Blessings,
Sarah Reinhart
I am honored to live and work in this amazing city!!! Spokane is wonderful...

Red Wagon Attraction Closed for Repairs Local Spokane Folks please note: |
In the last few days you may have noticed fencing around Spokane's Red Wagon sculpture in Riverfront Park. The Red Wagon, known officially as "The Childhood Express," is usually open year round, but this year Park Operations staff will work diligently during the months the attraction is least used to re-deck the wagon bed and provide additional structural reinforcement. The attraction is now fenced off and restricted from use for the duration of the repair process which should be completed in about two months, pending weather. Spokane's "Red Wagon" sculpture was created by Ken Spiering in honor of Washington State's 1989 Centennial. It was presented as a gift from the Junior League of Spokane, many local businesses and the Spokane Arts Commission to the children of Spokane. About Riverfront Park
