- 509 new listings came onto the market (an increase of 15.16% over the previous week)
- 198 homes were sold during the week (an decrease of 14.29% over the previous week)
- 248 homes underwent a Price Change (an increase of 27.84% over the previous week)
- 381 listings Expired/Terminated or were Suspended (a increase of 2.14% over the previous week)

Today, November 11, 2008 is the 90th anniversary of the end of World War I (1914-1918).
Today, on the 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th hour, take time to remember and commemorate the brave Soldiers who served and died for our country in conflicts around the world.
Today, we remember the following poem written by Colonel John McCrae, that symbolizes the sacrifices of the Soldiers serving in World War I :
In Flanders Fields
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,

This weekend, my son and I had a blast putting together the packages for Ghosting It Forward...we initially started with 6 packages for our neighbours...but as we were putting them together, my son asked if we could also send some packages to his friends who live in our neighbourhood. So today I went out and bought some more items (Halloween Bags, Chocolate Bars, 3d Stickers, Note Pads, etc).
We will put the remaining packages together today and will "hit the neighbourhood" this evening!
