A bit about me...

With more than 25 years in the business, Sylvie, a Broker with Keller Williams Ottawa Realty, has the experience to work with Sellers, Buyers and Referrals. She has sold over 1500 properties ranging from pieces of land to million-dollar estates - and everything in between. Sylvie offers her services in both english and french to satisfy a wide range of clientele.

Sylvie specialises in the Ottawa Real Estate Market - she has the knowledge to get homes sold quickly for the best price prossible, is well versed in the information required to put a FSBO on the MLS, and knows her statistics; she has a vibrant personalisty to go with the energy she puts forth into her business, her marketing and her life.

Sylvie spends a part of every day calling her database to touch base with a quick "how are you", or calling FSBOs to drive her business forward. She has the drive and the fortitude to List, and Sell, almost any property.

The City of Ottawa has been Sylvie's home and place of business for many years. While Sylvie lists and sells real estate city-wide, she spcialises in the neighbourhoods of Quinterra, located at Riverside and Hunt Club; Botanica, located near the Civic Hospital; The St. George, a condominium high-rise in the Byward Market; and the Oasis, 52 townhomes located near Montreal Road and St. Laurent.

Sylvie lists homes ranging from small duplexes to million-dollar luxury homes to condominiums. Sylvie has teamed up with Bill Meyer, a Buyer and Listing Agent with The Home Team. He specializes in the neighbourhood of Glabar Park, located at Woodroffe/Carling/Maitland.

Sylvie's executive assistant and marketing coordinator keep her team and business running smoothly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
