It helps me focus my powers of expression, and it constantly reminds me why I do what I do, and why I started this company.

Santa Cruz Buyers' Brokerage
So, I've just added a few new things to the Cool Tools section of the site.
There is a dynamic chart generator that displays real estate market data from Altos Research in easy-to-read graphs. You can configure the graphs on the fly to show a host of different information from different markets in Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay area.
You can also subscribe to weekly market reports that take some of Altos' Data and combine them with proprietary algorithms to indicate market conditions and movement, along with explanations and other info.
This whole section is an experiment in progress, so I appreciate all feedback.

So, our new Property Search page is up and running, and I think it's the coolest thing going.
You can search by Satellite view, Map, Terrain, or Hybrid, and you can see Google Street View in the property details section, and even subscribe to an RSS feed of new listings.

Being an Exclusive Buyer's Broker is great. I love the clarity, the advocacy, and the expertise that comes with specialization and intense focus. I used to be a "full-service" agent selling luxury waterfront properties, so I know the old system, and I understand why agents like the old system, but after coming to know Exclusive Buyer Representation, it's hard to understand why a Buyer would opt for anything but an Exclusive Buyer's Agent.
