With Active Rain I have been able to market my local area through the use of AR and Craigslist, which has allowed me to promote my homes to local Real Estate Agents, but now I have been asked to help promote to a much larger area of Northern California. My primary AR market would be to promote to local Real Estate Agents through the use of AR, but it seems I am limited to only my local area agents. Help me better understand how to market to other areas. Can I be involved in more that my local market? Do I need to market through agents in areas other than my local market?
Any thoughts or advise on expanding my local AR market to Real Estate Agents would be helpful.
Interest Rates, which are near a 40 year historical low - Last week I had a buyer lock in at 5.5% 30 year fixed rate which we were able to aquire with financing incentives.

New home Prices are available at rock bottom pricing, the great deals on New Homes today will not be available to those that take a wait and see approach.
Bottom Line, It's time to get Off the Fence, take advantage of the reduced prices and low interest rates available today.
Many of the New Home Purchases that we have been working with have been brought in by their Real Estate Agents that have been trying to find a Short Sale or REO home for their Clients, but have been unsucessful in the negtiation with the banks - or waiting for the multiple offers to come in on the property and finding out they did not submit the winning bid. Please take the time to take your clients to a New Home Community in your search for a Home for your Clients. You may be surprised at the package the Builder could put together for you.
