A great experience with Top Hat Chimney Sweeps of Kirkland, WA

I've been trying to get a short sale to close for a few weeks now. Things have been going along like most short sales. In otherwords it's been a trying experience. We have had a lot of little things to take care of and it seems Top Hatlike everywhere we look there is another little challenge. Finally we are down to the last item the appraiser asks for. We need an inspection of the fireplace insert. Have you ever tried to find a fireplace vendor with little or no notice? After making several calls we were told to call Bill at Top Hat Chimney Sweeps. Bill promptly returned my voice mail and agreed to fit us into his schedule the next day.

We were scheduled to meet at 1:30 and I was there early to catch up on a few phone calls while not having to use my bluetooth. The chimney sweeps show up early. Early, folks when was the last time a vendor was early? We promptly take a look at the situation and it was not good, not good at all. Suggestions were made. I thought Police tape would be the best solution but that was voted down. We ended up removing the insert and decommissioning the insert on the spot. We were only scheduled for a inspection and they made the work happen on the spot! Fast, friendly and affordable.

If you're in need of a chimney sweeps services in the Seattle or Bellevue area I highly recommend you give Bill at Top Hat Chimney Sweeps a call at 425-827-4657. Tell him Scott Cowan from Keller Williams suggested you contact him. Afterall we all need to know when we do a good job and others find us from a recommendation.

2009 State of Washington First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit Advance Program

Currently the State of Washington is working out the final details on a tax credit advance program for first time home buyers.

The purpose of the program is to allow first time home buyers who make 80% or less of their county’s median income an opportunity to borrow the Federal $ 8,000 tax credit in advance to purchase a home.

The State legislature has passed the necessary budget to fund the $25,000,000 that is being set aside to seed the program. The Washington Association of Realtors has pledged $400,000 in funds as well.

This program is aimed to jumpstart the housing market in many areas of the State.

I have created a website specifically for this program. The Washington First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit Advance site will be a site dedicated to helping first time buyers learn what is necessary to qualify for the tax credit advance. It will also help buyers meet qualified real estate agents and mortgage lenders who are familiar with the processes and with the home buyers’ local areas.

If you are interested in learning more about this exciting program please visit The Washington First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit Advance website today.
