It is an established gated community comprised of 148 homes built along the river or a series of lakes. Home values range from the high $300,000's to over a million dollars. The ammenities included in the neighborhood are the gated entrance, several lakes, a nature trail, & swim & tennis facilities. Ammersee Lakes is currently zoned for Northview High School but will soon be rezoned to the new Johns Creek High School in the fall of 2009.
