This is a great complex. It has a great ownership ratio, it is FHA approved, the condo fee is low you can have a dog, a gas grill on your deck, all units have a washer dryer on the unit as well as new AC units.
Considering renting?? I took the 2 bedroom price of 109K , assumed a 5% down payment FHA loan ($5450.00) and FHA rate of 6.0%.
