What's happening to our Government? Why are there so many secrets, sneaks, cheaters and down right dirty people running this country?
House Republican staffers said the Federal Reserve tried to control the timing of disclosures of rising losses at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the weeks leading up to its takeover by Bank of America Corp., according to an internal memo.
It happens more often than not these days when a buyer finds a great piece of property, places an offer on it, the offer gets accepted without delay, the financing gets approved in 2 days through FHA and then the buyer gets "Buyers Remorse".
Is that a bad thing? Does it have to take 3 months before a buyer finds a nice property, the loan which was denied at first gets approved then the buyer is convinced that they have found a treasure? Is that what it realy takes for a buyer to commit?
I have yet not been able to answer this question. Maybe you can give me your input on it.

After several years of building my frequent flyer miles with American Express platinum card, I had a total of 180,000 miles or roughly $4000 equivalent. I had transfer ed my miles to Delta so that I could use it for flying to Europe with my family about 2 years back. We never got around to using the miles till earlier this year. We contacted them and they told us that due to not using our miles they had taken the miles away.
I was very upset because the miles did not even belong to Delta in the first place. I had spent $180,000 on my American Express card to be able to collect 180,000 miles then Delta takes it away as if it was attained through them. This was completely unacceptable to me and I wanted to make sure that the general public is aware about this sneaky way that airlines can take your hard earned money away. As far as my family vacation...well I guess I will have to wait another two years to save up enough miles to arrange a vacation. This time I will make sure it's not through Delta Airlines. How do you spell corporate theft!!!
I would love to know how other people feel about this article.
