It is always nice to see the number of homes going "under contract" to rise. This past month the numbers are good.
Sea Isle City, NJ had 14 homes sold (five condo and nine townhomes) with an average days on the market of 202 and average price of $602,353. There were 39 properties listed "under contract" in Sea Isle City at the end of the month.
Upper Township had nine homes sold (eight single family and one mobile home) with an average of 158 days on the market and $319,377 average price. There were 13 properties listed "under contract at the end of the month.
Dennis Township had six homes sold (two mobile/condo and four single family) with an average of 143 days on the market and an average price of $218,166. There are 14 listings "under contract" at the end of October.
Middle Township had 19 properties sell consisting of five vacant lots, one office, two mobile and 11 single family. The average days on the market were 306 and an average sale price of $197,710. There are 33 properties "under contract" at the end of October.

Galloway Township, Assumption Regional Catholic School, 146 S. Pitney Road is having a craft fair on Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Ocean City has for their craft fair at the Music Pier, Moorlyn Terrace and the Boardwalk. November 14 and 15th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sea Isle City is having a Beef and Beer Fundraiser at LaCosta from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. to benefit Upper Township School District's Music and Technology programs. Call 609-652-4927 for additional information. Tickets are $20.

10 55th Street, South, Sea Isle City sold for $1,300,000 on October 23. This home is a five bedroom, three bath beachfront townhome.
There are currently 47 properties "under contract" in Sea Isle City at this time. I think that is the most we have seen in a long time. The average price is $660,744.
