Is Arizona Cold?

I moved to Arizona from Boston in December of 1979. I remember boarding the airplane, with many layers of clothing. When I arrived in Phoenix, the temperature was in the 70's, I was wearing shorts, and I knew I was home. I've told that story countless times. Growing up as a child in the cold and snow, I have a fondness for those conditions. But that fondness wears off with a simple 7 day visit once a year (sometimes it doesn't even take that long). Living in 'the desert' isn't always fun. Suffering through a string of 20+ 100 degree days can be daunting. But we have our pools, shopping malls, and California close by for the real emergencies. Duing the other 8 or 9 beautiful months that include Fall, Winter, and Spring, I wouldn't trade my Arizona for any other destination (that I've been to).

I am a Realtor that focuses on Chandler and Scottsdale properties. If you were to ask me, those (and the Arcadia area of Phoenix) are the top Arizona destinations. I live in the Ocotillo area of Chandler...picture a lush oasis. There's the Ocotillo golf course close by, plenty of lakes, walking paths, green belts, palm trees, an abundance of shopping, and top notch schools.

Regarding my background, I have a BS degree in Finance from the University of Arizona and used to be a Marketing Director for a Fortune 100 company. My education and experience provide me with a unique skillset that serves my clients well.

Regarding those clients...My # 1 goal is to surpass the expectations of each and every client that selects me to represent them. I have met a great group of clients that I consistently stay in touch with and am happy to hear from.
