I have to let everyone know about the updated Rural Housing Rates. As of yesterday rates were at 5.375%. This is an incredible rate. The rural housing program is restricted to certain areas but most of Atlantic County is covered and approved for this program. It is also a 100% financing zero down payment loan program. You can literally buy a home with about $1,000 or less out of your pocket. This program is not just for first time home buyers either.
