I’ve come across a great opportunity to purchase Myrtle Beach SC homes at reduced rates. Some Myrtle Beach SC homes I’ve had my eye on have reached rock bottom pricing and the time to act is NOW. The trouble is trying to decide among them is really, really tough! But the price alone on these Myrtle Beach SC homes is enough to put a smile on my face.

If you could live anywhere in the country that you wanted to, where would that be? I have a buddy that was just presented with that very decision and do you know what he did? He spent a month going up and down the east coast looking at areas where he thought he might want to live. When he was done traveling and looking around he happily settled into a Hilton Head condo on Hilton Head Island, SC.
He said of all the places he looked at Hilton Head Island is like paradise. The weather is awesome year round there plus there’s plenty of golf and knowing him there’s nothing more important than that. A Hilton Head condo is perfect for him as it provides plenty of amenities so he can live in style and the upkeep outside is taken care of for him. He’s not one to get into maintenance of his property. Probably because he’s always on the golf course!
Can you tell how envious I am? I plan on visiting him as often as he’ll allow me to. I’m hopeful that I can talk my wife into wanting to live in this piece of paradise too. To have our own Hilton Head condo to retreat to when we want to get away (and I need to golf) would be just heavenly.
When asked, many say their primary reasons for living in a gated community are safety and the better quality of life it provides. If you’re considering Bluffton real estate you’ll find that on Callawassie Island, you get far better amenities, services and facilities than anywhere else you’ll visit. Unlike with Bluffton real estate, here you’ll find the latest style homes in a very secure gated community plus a myriad of other amenities that would be hard to find anywhere else. Basically, you'll have everything you could possible want right here here on Callawassie Island.
Gated communities are well known for their luxury clubhouses, fitness facilities, golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, beach clubs, and special community events. The residents on Callawassie Island have these luxuries and more steps outside their front door. These are luxuries that people who don't live here have to rely on their local community for and then must pay for the services, if they’re available at all.
Something you likely won’t find with Bluffton real estate, residents of Callawassie Island invest more into neighborhood amenities like state-of-the-art community centers with gorgeous poolscapes, clubhouses and private docks and beaches.
One visit to Callawassie Island and you can see the difference between this island and other gated communities. A historically solid investment, this gated community has high property values and maintain their resale value even in a flagging economy. Over time, the quality of any gated community is dependent on the active interest of its community members. And that says it all about our residents.
We were shopping around for Hilton Head homes recently and are quite taken with one in particular located in gated Indigo Run. This is a spacious luxury home overlooking the 17th fairway. There’s an outdoor entertaining area and spa that we would use a lot. It’s 5 bedroom with a perfect floor plan for us. Hardwoods, coffered ceilings, crown molding, office, formal dining room and 3 car garage. There’s a beautiful chef’s kitchen my wife will love. Did I mention there’s stone and granite throughout it? Wow!
Did you know Hilton Head Island is the second largest barrier island on the east coast of the United States? It's located south of Charleston, South Carolina and north of Savannah, Georgia. I know that those owning Hilton Head homes enjoy a semitropical climate in a setting that resembles paradise. At last count there were approximately 35,000 permanent residents on the island.
Beautiful Hilton Head homes sit among 24 golf courses, hundreds of tennis courts and over 50 miles of public bike and nature trails. Residents here get to enjoy incredible fishing and boating. There are over 250 restaurants and you can enjoy any cultural persuasion nightly. Plenty of places to shop, too. You can browse more than 200 stores and outlets. There’s most assuredly plenty to do there on Hilton Head.
Beaufort SC Golf Course Communities like those found on Callawassie Island have become a common feature in the Coastal Carolinas. Living with fairway frontage offers outstanding views, access to golf in an instant, a quality home in a safe neighborhood, and nobody building right up behind you.
Callawassie Island has Beaufort SC Golf Course Communities that while similar in some ways, are all quite different from one another. Some have their main focus on the golf course itself, while others are first and foremost residential neighborhoods. While the idea of the typical golf course community homeowner is a retiree and their golfing friends, many younger families are buying Beaufort SC Golf Course Communities on Callawassie Island for the beauty, quality and safety. They are buying a lifestyle and a home with an excellent appreciation value.
Depending upon where your home is located, there is the risk of stray balls ending up in your yard or through your window. Living on the golf course means permitting golfers onto your property to retrieve the occasional off-target ball. In general, most homeowners find these risks are worth the benefit of living in such a peaceful and beautiful location.
There are homes available as close or as far from the greens as you wish. There will be lovely homes across the street and within a few blocks of the course itself that still have all the conveniences of the close proximity to the course and the great neighborhood, but without the risk of stray balls and people walking on your property.
