Lots of new construction starting in Spring Hill TN

With several major improvements to the roads around Spring Hill TN and the announcements of several companies moving to the area, Spring Hill TN real estate is getting positioned for a boost. This area has already seen increasing volume in the past six months, but with road projects reaching completion and additional economic boosts from area businesses, this could be just the beginning for this part of the Great Nashvillearea.

Area Traffic Improvments

The widening of Interstate 65, from just north of State Route 840 to State Route 96, should be completed by the end of 2012. Also State Route 840 is scheduled to be completed around the same time. New Construction starting soon in Preserve at Concord in Brentwood

The Preserve At Concord, Brentwood, TN

With the recent decrease in inventory in Brentwood TN, the new construction starting soon at The Preserve at Concord will give buyers some new luxury homes to choose from.

The Preserve at Concord is located in Brentwood TN at the corner of Concord Rd. and Edmondson Pike. Students attend Brentwood High School, Brentwood Middle School and Edmondson Elementary.

This community offers lush green space and a bike path connecting to Chenoweth. It also has sidewalks on both sides of the streets and fiber-optic capability. Homes start in the $600,000s and go up to $1M+.

Preserve at Concord expected to become sold out community

While only 4 homes were built in 2006 when the neighborhood first came online, it is expected the three homes that will start within 2 months will signal the beginning of a quickly sold out community, especially with the lack of this price point in Brentwood new construction.
