Chesterfield homes continue to sell briskly. The average days on the market is only 48 days. Homes have sold between $210,000 and $368,000. Chesterfield features grand manor styles homes (many were built in the 80's by high end custom builders)
This small neighborhood has become one of the most sought after small communities in all of Katy. Homes literally seem to fly off the market when they hit. Luckily I am usually aware of which homes will come on the market even before they hit.
