Kevin has lived in the south end of Salt Lake County for the last 24 years, owning and building homes and raising his family. He is involved in community & school activities and volunteers for important causes. His most important challenge has been helping his wife raise his five wonderful children. He became the grandfather of a wonderful baby girl in 2008 and a bubbling baby grandson in November 2009.

In the real estate industry, Kevin has been a Realtor, new home sales agent, a company owner, principal broker and is currently broker / owner of the new West Jordan office of EXIT Realty--EXIT Realty Success!

Kevin spends time daily speaking with buyers and sellers in this area, getting to know their needs and helping those moving to get to know the real estate market, making it easier for them to sell or buy when the time is right for them. You'll find him each day on the streets and at the doors working to help his buyers and sellers get better results!

He also spends time teaching, training and coaching new and experienced agents. He is really enjoying learning and growing by weekly coaching calls and Skype calls with his personal coaches Bill Nasby and Erica Nasby from Canada. They have amazing skills and attitudes that are rubbing off on him. This has been a life changing and business improving opportunity that has helped him create what he wants most in life.

Kevin gets the most business satisfaction from the personal relationships with his clients, especially when he is able to help one get results that they felt were impossible! Making the most out of each situation is the one thing he is most pleased about.
