Realtor Helps Nab Suspected Robber

This is an awesome story about a REALTOR in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. I found it in the local news reports, since Cincinnati (SentriLock's home!) is nearby. I wanted to share with other Real Estate Professionals. This story just goes to show that you should always follow your gut instincts when faced with suspicious customers/visitors!

Police: Man Stole Medications During Open House Events

POSTED: 6:07 pm EDT September 5, 2010
UPDATED: 6:17 pm EDT September 5, 2010

A local Realtor helped police nab a person suspected of stealing medication from homes.

Police said Christopher Frazee, 39, would stop at open house events, give out a bogus phone number and e-mail address, and then take prescription medications from the homeowner's medicine cabinets.

"I just got an uneasy feeling about him, and sure enough, he ended up going to the upstairs bathroom and we saw him close the door," said Sibcy Cline Realtor Doug Schuerman. "We (heard) him going through some sort of medications or something and we immediately called 911."

Police said Frazee managed to get into his car and leave, but Fort Thomas officers were able to track him down.
