The chairman of MOVE, INC. (Realtor.com),Joe Hanauer, has been lobbying in Washington with a proposal that poses a solution to the question:
If home buyers had insurance to protect them from falling home values woud it give the needed "boost" to home sales that is needed to breathe new life into our failing economy?
He’s suggesting that the US government offer the insurance as a supplement to the "housing bailout."
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS IDEA... DOES THE COST JUSTIFY THE BENEFITS... and how effective do you think it would be?

All of us are being bombarded with advice, seminars, etc. about the importance of having a presence on the important social media platforms. Great advice.... not very helpful, though, without also giving some advice about developing a strategy for using your presence on all of these sites!
When I first started posting our team's profile and information on sites like: ACTIVE RAIN, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND MYSPACE... I wasn't quite certain how I was going to use these profiles to market our business and to generate buzz, interest and leads. In hind sight... I now realize that developing the STRATEGY is the first step that you should take in this effort... not the last! You must use the strategy that you develop to generate the keywords, titles & the content that you write for your profiles on all of these social media sites. It is much harder to do this in reverse, because you waste a lot of time rewriting and optimizing after the fact if you don't do it right the first time! Here are a 6 questions to ask yourself BEFORE you create profiles or content for any social media site:

Once you've answered these questions... YOU HAVE YOUR STRATEGY! Now... have fun, be creative, & (since this way of communicating with the masses is relatively new) enjoy the rush that you used to get as a child... learning, exploring, experimenting... with fresh & new experiences! Gotta love that!

Proposed 25-acre park in the Creekwood neighborhood including: two dogs parks, a playground, exercise trail, & 2 tennis courts, is in its final planning stage, waiting for approval from the Southwest Florida Water Management District. The park would be on the corner of 44th Avenue East and Creekwood Boulevard.

Lists, lists, & MORE lists! On note pads, on sticky notes, on napkins, on scraps of paper, on the back of ... WHATEVER is handy! Do you need lists to KEEP TRACK of your lists?
Do your attempts at organizing your life with "Lists" seem to consume more time, resources, and energy than they save? But wait... just for argument's sake.... let's say that you are an EXCELLENT list maker.... your many detailed lists help you stay focused and are a useful reference for staying on task and keeping your actions organized... but how can your lists help you communicate with others? They can't... not without devoting more time and energy revising and then conveying portions of your lists to the people that you want to share information with.
What would you say if you could create just ONE group of tasks... organize them into lists, tag, prioritize, set auto reminders, print them, manage them, set due dates, add more tasks to your lists from wherever you are, AND then automatically share, delegate or assign those lists and/or tasks with/to partners, collegues, or team members? You'd probably say...
