Yesterday a client of mine asked an investor to buy their home as a for sale by owner. The investor offered $151,000.
After a careful market analysis I recommended a sale price of $185,000. The fee to work with a professional realtor is approximately $11,000 however we put an extra $25,000 in the sellers pocket. Why because we are working for the seller. Call me today to put more money in your pocket.
