Currently there are 687 listed Cache Valley homes. This is down significantly from last month by approximately 100 homes. Some people believe that it is not good to list your home when the Logan Utah real estatemarket is slower, but i disagree with this philosophy. We still have a lot of buyers that we are working with. If your home is not listed, how are they going to see it? The homes that are listed will be shown...it's better to have your home listed even though the Cache Valley real estate market is a little slower.
I came across an interesting national article the other day that had a 2009 prediction for real estate markets across the United States. The prediction for Logan Utah Real Estate was #8! The average home in the Cache Valley real estate market is suppose to appreciate 2%. That seems to be pretty good compared to the rest of the country, and in this article only 17 of the top 25 cities were on the positive side of appreciation. That means that everything else is on the negative side. This is exciting if you live in a Logan Utah home!

A government agency recently reported that Utah home prices fell by 1.6% in the third quarter compared to the same quarter a year ago.
There is a bright spot of hope for Cache Valley real estate! Logan, Utah ranks 8th nationally, and Logan Utah real estate prices appreciated by 4.5%! Boy the winters are cold up here in Logan, but the Cache Valley real estate market is smokin hot!

Mortgage interest rates are at an all time low! You can get a home loan for as low as 4.75% and it may go down! Make sure if you are in the market to buy or refinance to get on it! There has never been a better time to buy Logan Utah real estate!
The Logan Utah real estate market seems to have stayed realativly constant. During November of 2007, 31 homes were sold. In November of 2008, there were a grand total of 30 homes sold. The difference in the summer was a little more dramatic. During the 2007 summer months of July, August, and September, there were 163 homes sold in Logan. During those same months in 2008, there were 141 homes sold. There are more homes on the market and sellers are lowering there prices to make them more enticing to buyers. The Logan Utah real estate market seems to be on the right track to have a great year in 2009. This is going to be an awesome year for sure!
