• Responsible for maximizing sales of Escrow and Title Insurance in Lake

Havasu City, Bullhead City and Kingman, Arizona, consistently achieving monthly

sales and marketing plan.

• Assisted in the implementation of Capital Title Agency opening for business

in Mohave County, Arizona.

• Developed client base and service accounts.

• Increased business from opening with zero market share to between #1 and #2 in market share

for Lake Havasu City; exceeding sales goals.

• Recruit/interview/hire, train and develop new employees including

managers, personnel and Marketing / Sales Representatives for all three areas.

• Spearhead and facilitate promotional events and fund-raisers for Real

Estate, Chamber of Commerce, Realtor Olympics, and Capital Title Agency from

beginning to end.

• Subdivision Reports and Public Reports from onset to end through Arizona Department of Real

Estate for developers and builders.

• Responsible for all advertising, media, etc. including monthly radio

advertisements in which I was the spokesperson on the air. Often times

creating artwork for ads via personal computer using desktop publishing

• Accredited instructor through the Arizona Department of Real Estate for

Internet classes teaching Realtors how to utilize e-commerce to increase their

bottom line. Often times traveling to Phoenix Associations to teach. Then

setting individual appointments with the Realtors for one-on-one training.

• Past Co-Chairperson for Realtor Olympics facilitating fund-raisers which

raised thousands of dollars for local charities. (5 year committee member for

Realtor Olympics).

• Conduct statewide sales meetings with all Marketing Representatives

throughout the state of Arizona on a quarterly basis.

Responsible for Business Development and servicing accounts in Lake Havasu

• Brought market share from #4 (out of 4 title companies) to #1 within a

six-month time period.

• Responsible for promotional events and fund-raisers.

• Conducted state-wide sales meetings and was eventually offered position of

Arizona State Manager of Sales, but was not able to transfer to Phoenix, Arizona at the time for

personal reasons.

Certified Escrow Officer at First American Title

March 1989 - December 1995 (6 years 10 months)

• Began as Receptionist / Delivery person.

• Promoted to Escrow Secretary within 3 months.

• Opened and closed escrow transactions from onset to end.

• Achieved the Certification of Escrow Technician through the Arizona Escrow Association in

January of 1994 and was promoted immediately.

• Achieved the Certification of Escrow Officer through the Arizona Escrow

Association in January of 1995 and was promoted immediately.

• Transferred to Las Vegas, Nevada in September of 1995 working in Escrow

and began assisting in Sales and Marketing efforts.
