Frank graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Accounting. Sharon attended Rollins College and graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Frank pledged Delta Tau Delta and Sharon pledged Pi Beta Phi.

Frank grew up in a Navy family and lived in California, North Carolina and Florida. Sharon grew up in Virginia and Atlanta, Georgia. After 20 years in Florida, she is ready to call herself a Floridian! Frank was born in Key West, making him a 'Conch.' Frank's family moved to Jacksonville when he was 11, so this is his 'home town.'

We list bungalow to high-end homes, including waterfront properties. Each property has a different marketing plan, as each one has an individual target market and should be treated accordingly. Staging is key and a passion of ours. "The way you live in a home is not the way you sell a home." You are marketing to the masses, and the home must be more generic and less personal. We can help you with that.

We absolutely love working with relocating buyers. With you, it's about way more than the house. It's about the neighborhood, the schools, the shopping, the commute to work, the vet, dentist, etc. It's about getting a feel for the entire area in a sliver of time. We can do that. Military Relocations are a specialty. Frank grew up in a Navy family and we have Navy family and friends all around us. We understand your special needs.
