I read with interest last week the 2010 Elections - Early endorsed candidate recommendations from the Washington State Realtors Advocate: http://www.warealtor.org/government/political-affairs/endorsed-candidates/

Being an independent contractor/REALTOR I was surprised to find Patty Murray the endorsed candidate for US Senate. Well maybe there are some things I don't know and surely I could simply ask and find out why she was endorsed. You would think so but that is not the case.

I first sent an email asking the question and still have not received a response. So I have called twice and was told I needed to talk to the Director of Governmental Affairs. One lady I spoke to in that office said she thought the National Office told us, but upon additional questions directed me to the Director. I have now left two voicemails on two different days but no response to my question, why is Patty Murray the endorsed candidate and did you interview any of the other candidates?

They send out an endorsed candidate list but will not answer or explain why they selected a certain candidate. Makes me suspicious.
