Livingston is a great small town in Tennessee. Friendly people great schools and neighbors. Livingston also has great access to Dale Hollow Lake. Dale Hollow has the world record small mouth bass caught there. If you love great fishing and a place that you can actually eat the fist you catch this is the place. Dale Hollow has something to offer everyone. Real Estate is still very reasonable at Dale Hollow Lake. It has been the best kept secret for years. Dale Hollow Lake is home of the world record Small mouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, and German Brown Trout. If you love to fish you must come for a visit! Not only can you fish you actually eat the fish from the lake. The water is so clean and clear. Boating, swimming and skiing are all great things to try while visiting this amazing lake. I must admit that I was not originally a lake loving kind of girl. I was always a little afraid of swimming in a lake. Several years ago I moved about 2 miles from Dale Hollow. I reluctantly went swimming with some neighbors. Now I am sold! I was amazed that I could see so far down in the water. You could fill your water bottle back up with lake water and it looked the same as it did before. Now, I would not suggest you drink it. I had to try the experiment because someone had told me and I honestly did not believe them. I am so glad we found such a beautiful lake with friendly people. Give it a try for your next vacation!
