KEERRPLUNK!!! oh no this day just went down the toilet!

This morning I was getting ready all fluffed and polished to get to a listing appointment. As I am in a big rush to look my best and get out the door on time I hear this sound. KERPLUNK!! Oh noooooo my cell phone has just got baptized by the porcelain god. Oh yes, every Realtors nightmare.... my cell phone in the toilet. What in the world will I do???? How many calls will I miss? And the worse thing is that I have the office phone transferred to my cell phone. This is not a good way to start the day. On a high note I did list a great house and my cell phone is drying out. lol Not sure I really want to use it but I am just glad it is kinda working until I can get a new one. Moral of this story................... Some days just start out in the toilet but that does not mean it will stay there all day.

Dale Hollow Lake

Check out the land for sale at Dale Hollow at http://sheriewomack1.point2agent.com

Dale Hollow is a very clean and clear lake. I am honestly not one to like to swim in a lake but Dale Hollow is the exception that. There is nothing better than to go boating on such a beautiful lake. The water is pristine, the views are amazing and the wild life is awesome. I don't know of many places in the world that a eagle can soar above you while you are riding a jet ski. The land around the lake is all protected by the core of engineers. So there are no private docks on the lake. There are however several great marinas to choose from. There is also a horse riding trail between the Willow Grove Marina and Lilly Dale Marina. This is an amazing riding trail with breath taking views of the lake. Dale Hollow Lake has over 600 miles of shore line and is in Tennessee and Kentucky. Email me for suggestions on where to stay while you are visiting. If you are looking for property or a home at Dale Hollow I would love to show you our amazing area. sherie@choiceoftn.com

Motnerey TN Affordable, Friendly, Small Town with Big Character!!

Have you ever watched the t.v show Andy Griffith? Don't you just want to live there? Small town with the local gas stations and stores where everyone knows you? Safety is not a concern and the kids go to school with teachers that truly care about them and know the parents? Monterey TN is just that. It is so nice to walk into the local grocery store and be called by name. When you go into the bank and not have to show an id because they know who you are. Neighbors bring you veggies from their gardens or invite you over for some fresh baked goodies. Living in Monterey is like living in a dfferent time. I am so thankful that I can raise my family here. Taxes are very low and the cost of living is also. Plus the mountain views are so amazing! This is the most beautiful area. I would not want to have to raise my family anywhere else!

Ever seen this when walking property???

You will see this, this fall when all the leaves drop on the ground near the privacy fence or the storage house and the underbrush gets crowded with leaves, limbs, ..... and copperhead snakes. Be careful when you rake those fall leaves , or walk in the woods or leafy areas

Be careful when walking property! You sure do not want to come up on that!

Do you see the snake????????
