Come with me, and I will take you along on a typical day in my life. My little dog Joey and I start the day with some morning exercise (there's a photo on my website http://www.sherrismithhomes.com he's so cute!).
Next is the daily checking and responding to emails from my clients. Don't you prefer a prompt email response? I know I do. After that, my phone starts ringing and I always answer unless with a client.
Problem solving and checking in with clients and lenders as well as sitting down to negotiate on behalf of my clients make the day fly by. I talk to contractors and appraisers. Sending gifts to thank my clients for their business is one of the best parts of the job. I love it.
Meanwhile, Katie, my assistant, takes care of many things to ensure our buyers and sellers are taken care of.. Through all of this I'm giving it my best attempt to stay good with healthy eating.
When the day is done, I have to say there is nothing like coming home. Every house has a feeling. It's strange, isn't it? But true. It is the same for me when I go home - ah yes, so glad to be home.
