About Me:

I was born in Lubbock, Texas, and we moved to Columbia, SC when I was in the 4th grade. I lived here into my thirties, then moved to North Carolina and Oregon after I married. Now I'm back, renewing old friendships and making new ones. I've dabbled in real estate since my teens -- bought my first property when I was 19 -- but always stepped away from making it a career until 2006. I moved back to Columbia to be closer to my family after my divorce and had to make a career change from information technology. My parents and some friends encouraged me to try real estate "for real" and here I am.

While my first love is technology, new construction runs in my veins. There are builders, contractors and developers on both sides of my family, and given the choice between going shopping or walking through a new or partially-built home, I'll always pick the house.

I live in the northeast area of Columbia now, and am getting to know this city all over again. As Co-Promotions Director and Connections Director of the Columbia Social Media Club, I'm learning things I never knew about Columbia, and meeting some great new people. Let me introduce you! :)

My specialty is finding clients who want to buy or sell and placing them with real estate experts that best fit their needs, no matter what those happen to be. As the objective party, I can interview a potential client and fit them with the agent in the Columbia area who can best help them accomplish their goals. For some people finding a Realtor, lender or attorney to help them is the most painful part of the whole process of finding or selling a property. I can take away that pain.

As a Realtor, I've found that my skills, experience and expertise are best used in technology, marketing and customer service. I know the Columbia market and the players -- good and bad -- and can help you find the expert to best fit your real estate needs.
