About Me:

I was licensed as a real estate agent in the State of Tennessee in 2007. Prior to that, I worked as an inspector of high-valued residential properties for insurance companies, beginning in 2001. During this time, I cultivated a very extensive knowledge of the residential housing market, styles of architecture, home construction and trends in interior design. I became very familiar with neighborhoods in Middle Tennessee, as I worked from Clarksville to Murfreesboro and all areas in between. Inspecting an average of 30 homes per month, including producing a detailed diagram and measurements, I have had many hours of experience in the area of home measurement and assessment. This experience has given me a discriminating eye for detail and accuracy.

Specialized Education

During the two years in which I have held my Real Estate license, I have earned my GRI designation, which is a timely process that can take up to 5 years. I also earned the CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) to equip myself for the new challenges facing both buyers and sellers. Given the current trends in foreclosure and short-sale transactions, I am informed and able to assist my clients in the most pro-active and effective approach to this ever-changing market. I also hold the Sellers Residential Specialist (SRS) designation.
