And that's where I come in. As a resident since 1968, I know about more Siesta Key and Sarasota properties than most other Realtors. My nickname is actually "SiestaShawn". I approach the Siesta Key/Sarasota real estate market in a comprehensive, hands-on way to ensure the buyer has all the information they need to consider their choices properly. I do extensive property searches and preview the homes that might be of interest to the customer. I excel in providing easy-to-understand, detailed information and analysis. The buyer is properly prepared to walk through and know what they are viewing.

I do more first-hand research than most other Realtors. As a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), I seek out the facts, interview the listing agents, do walk-thrus and then find ways to present the information in meaningful ways. I am notified immediately when new listings that match the search criteria first come on the market. Most Realtors just take what the listing agent has created.

I am open and forthright in providing extensive information to buyers. No annoying forms to fill out or contracts to sign.
