I apologize for not having sent this to you sooner but I have been quite busy with the move, new job and the everyday list of things to do that never goes away.

I want to thank you for all your help when I came down to Austin last March. I had done my homework spending countless hours on the Internet looking at houses. The houses looked great, right price, almost new with the features I wanted. What a rude awakening! Pictures definitely don't tell the whole story. By the third day I was very frustrated and in tears when you picked me up to go look at some more houses. I was flying back home that evening and I still hadn't found the right house. The fact that I'm the most indecisive person on this planet didn't help.

That evening you drove me to the airport and by then I had some solid prospects to think about. A couple of days later I had finally made a decision and you made it happen for us.

The movers brought our furniture in Mid April. That evening, late at night we arrived to our new home to find a bed that needed to be made and countless boxes to be unpacked. What a nice surprise to find someone had cared enough to leave us bottled water, snacks, toilet paper, towels even toys for our dogs!!!

I learned that finding the right house that will become your "Home" for a number of years is no easy task and I couldn't have done it without you.
