Hello my AR Friends.....

For once, I just want to write to say hello and to check up on all my AR friends. I am tired of hearing (blogging) about the bailout, the economy, the desperate times we are having, as I am SURE you are too. It doesnt mean I do not care about the situation, just the opposite, but I think that we need to take a step back and think about the little things every once in a while, the things that matter. The friendships, our health, our children, I just wanted to basically say.........

HELLO! How are you?!?!

TRUE FRIENDS.......

Yes I know that true friends, genuine friends, are hard to find, but I seem to always find good in everyone and therefore I tend to make friends very easily, so stop by and say hello to me....I will always respond. In this crazy world we live in we can never have to many friends....A motto of mine!

I hope this finds everyone healthy and happy....Find your one thing (MAYBE TWO) that makes you happy and go with it, we have to have some sort of solitude in this crazy mess....Walk in the AR rain.....That makes me feel better.

As you may or may not be aware, October is breast cancer awareness month, and it is up to us to get the word out and bring awareness to this horrible disease.

I myself can attest to this life altering disease when I say that it is an ordeal for anyone to have to go through, my mother is DEALING WITH HER SECOND BATTLE w/ Breast Cancer, and I feel that I have a burden to carry in trying to get the word out, it is odd how such a horrible, awful, disgusting disease can bring something great out in someone, once it has hit a member of your family or a friend, you feel this compelling desire to get the word out and get the awareness out, I don't know what it is.

I am contemplating doing the 3 day walk for my mother, 60 miles in 3 days. I know it is a challenge and it has been laid upon my heart to tell others about this disease. Early detection is the key!

If I can reach just one person to bring some sort of awareness to this disease, I feel I have at least reached One person.

I hope that everyone that reads this will pass this information along to a friend or family member.

Look at the BIG PICTURE! Look up there, that is the wonderful state of Florida, one of the state's leading in the FORECLOSURE market in the U.S. today! Yes that is Florida! Opportunities are here my friends, they are in wings waiting. This is a buyers market without a doubt, sellers are willing to offer thousands in incentives to "lure" buyers in, interest rates are low, and the deals are to be had. This may be the best time to get a great deal, and it is up to us as Realtors to help the economy bounce back and get standing on its feet again. It is a BUYERS MARKET and it is time for the buyers that were just sitting there on the wayside waiting to take advantage of this market, now is the time. There are many agents here in FL, many that are willing to help a new agent such as myself out, and of course there are others that are just in it for the CUT THROAT business, but that is ok, look at that wonderful state up there it's pretty BIG when you see it from this point of view, there is plenty to go around, and I am confident that when the market does come back around, I will be wiser and gain insurmountable knowledge just from working in this market today. So I will look at the BIG PICTURE and think outside of the box! Things have to get better, eventually!
