First time guests stepping out on my deck look out across the lake and gasp, "Those.....aren't really......VACATION houses.....are they?"

  7. Here is a strategy to consider: Buy your second home at Lake Tulloch with a mortgage. Sell your main home when you retire. With your equity, pay off the loan on your second home and be mortgage free while you live on the water and enjoy all the amenities of Lake Tulloch.
