Smyrna Kroger Grand Opening

The Crossings at Four Corners at South Cobb Drive and Concord Road will soon be open for business with the grand opening of the new Kroger slated for January 25, 2012.

The project is being redeveloped by Illinois-based Tri-Land Properties and is expected be enlarged to 230,000 square feet upon completion. Anchoring the center will be a 96,000-square-foot Kroger, the company’s largest store in metro Atlanta.

In addition to Kroger, the Smyrna shopping center will have eight outparcels, a 25,000-square-foot pad for another anchor next to Kroger, and 60,000 square feet for smaller retailers. Constuction has also included roadway improvements, pedestrian crossings and a new traffic light that will connect the north side of the development with the shopping center across the street.
