About Us:

As a Daughter of a top prodcuing REALTOR(R) since 1976 it was only natural that I began my Real Estate Career in 1984. I am knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. In 1984 I began my real estate career in the Loan and Escrow Industry. In 1989 I obtained my Realtor® designation while working at a local real estate office in San Clemente, California, as an administrative assistant to the owner/realtor and helping out in the property management department when needed. In 1992 I ventured out on my own and have been successfully selling real estate ever since. I Grew up in Laguna Beach, California and graduated Mission Viejo High School. I have three children ages 14, 15 (both athletes) and 22 (a professional Musician). I enjoy spending time with my children, painting, drawing, reading, running and surfing when not providing excellent service to my clients and past clients. You will find that I am a 'hands-on' agent who gets the job done! My motto is "Going Above and Beyond" and I work hard to live up to that motto! I specialize in Residential and Residential Income Listings and Sales. I consider myself a loca area expert with extensive knowledge of the communities. My goal is to keep you informed on trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in your local area. I recently sold my home in Mariner Village using Liana Norman as the listing agent. She did a terrific job and I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering selling - or buying - a home. My home sold in shorter time and for more money than I expected and I attribute both to Liana. She is professional, knowledgeable, and highly energetic. And she remained very focused. She had a thorough plan to market the home and she worked hard to execute it. She held several open houses, used the internet, print media and local door-to-door advertising to put the home in view. She also did everything she said she would do with respect to every aspect of the sale and closing. Her experience was helpful in showing how to prepare the home, in analyzing offers which had weaknesses that were not readily apparent to me, in instilling a general feeling of confidence throughout the sale process.
