I did an open house on Sunday. In the famous Tahoe Keys. The house is listed at 1.8 million. It comes with boat and dock access. This was my first time doing an open house at this particular house. Three differnt groups came in during my 3 hour open house. I listed the house in the newspaper for free which is always a good thing to do.
