Folcroft Pa Real Estate Page Created at PhiladelphiaRealEstateHub.Com

I was showing properties to a client in the Delmar Village area of Folcroft Pa tonight and he had some questions about the local marketplace.

So...

Using some of our fun new tools (Altos Stats, Walkscore Widgets, and a new idx vendor), I was able to pretty quickly put together a few info packed pages dedicated to the area.

Here's the new Folcroft Real Estate page and a corresponding statistics sub-page.

Looks like theirs a ton of inventory in the area. Could be a nice environment for an investor specializing in single family homes?

Also...Not a bad walk score for a Philly suburb eh?

Statistics Whoa!

Philadelphia's Real Estate Hub just got a little juicier. Yesterday, we started using Altos Research's, statistics tools on the site.  In the coming days we'll be adding dynamic statistical info to each of our neighborhood pages. And our day to day blog posts will feature fun Philly Real Estate related graphs such as this interesting little ditty:

"Green Erections" In Philadelphia!

Ryan Hartman

Sorry for the sorta lewd title for this post, but it's my job to grab some attention for some of the great projects we have going on here at Philadelphia's Remax City Space. Looks like the strategy may have worked? :)

Anyway, we're proud to announce that the listing inventory being featured over at LEEDPhilly.Com, is growing. We just posted 2 projects to the MLS and have project pages up for them.

If you have a minute, check out Duck Flats, and Thin Flats.

Let us know what you think...

Thanks!

Introducing Phroperty.Com -- What's Up At Philadelphia's Real Estate Hub!

Here's what's been going on at Philadelphia's Real Estate Hub over the past few weeks.

We recently introduced Phroperty.Com, a discussion forum extension of the Hub that we're hoping will proved to be a resource to Philadelphians who want a Realtor's knowledge, but don't necessarily want to interact in person or over the phone with a salesperson. Phroperty allows would be buyers and sellers to ask quesions like:

  • How much did that house down the street sell for>
  • Are their any first time home buyer grants in my neighborhood?
  • Anyone know of a good electrician to do some work at my Philly investment property?

If you have a minute to check out Phroperty, take a second to register for a username and start asking away!

Also, we've discovered Engenu! Engenu is the awesome quick and easy web-page builder created by the guys at Bloodhound Blog.

Some example engenu sites that we've created at the Hub.

The best thing that we like about engenu so far is that it gives us more control over our single property pages -- having them on our own domain and being able to quickly load them up with pictures and alt descriptions is an exciting alternative from an seo perspective to using single property site vendors.

The only dilemma we're facing is how to get the same syndication that a Realbird or Postlets page offers. We think the extra time spent manually syndicating to craigslist will likely prove worth while...

For more info about Engenu, visit Engenu.us.
