If you're considering moving to Philadelphia's University City neighborhood because of all the good things you've heard about the Penn Alexander Elementary School, here are a few resources I've set up at PhiladelphiaRealEstateHub.Com.
If you need an agent who knows University City really well, there are only a few good choices. I like to think I'm one of them :) Feel free to call my cell if you want to see some catchment area real estate in the next few minutes :) [215.900.4065.

Here's what's been going on at Philadelphia's Real Estate hub over the past few days.
We flaunted our "Big Ecos" with an article that discussed LeedPhilly.Com, Remax City Space's Eco Broker designated agents, and our gradual progress toward paperless transactions.
Eric's been sitting on his couch in Florida putting up some more neighborhood sites. So far this week we have new pages and recent sales updates for Logan Square, Germantown, Chestnut Hill, and Fishtown.
On the New Construction front, we have a Construction update photo slideshow up for Le22, Northern Liberties' hip first gated community.
Remax City Space Agent Sal Gardner, (TheRealEstateItch.Com,) has started posting reviews of New Construction projects all around Philly. It was really exciting to see his review of Cu257 because I'm hopefull it's a sign that company agents are going to get more and more into the blogging groove. Yay!
We posted some video of the Essex Estates in Old City . We're pretty excited to be giving video service, "omnisio," a try because it may lead to more reader interaction with our blog and the projects it features. For now we haven't invited readers to take advantage of the open, anyone can comment, feature, but it'll be exciting to invite some interactivity soon. For now, being able to add a few of our own comments has been fun.
We're also trying out a google pay-per-click ad that points directly to the Essex Video. The ad has a little twist that we're hoping may juice click through ratios. Has anybody else tried something like this in the past? (It's becoming bit of a fun game trying to get adwords to take "edgy" ads :)
Here's a quick update at what's been going on at RE/MAX City Space and Philadelphia's Real Estate Hub:
Recent articles on the Hub include:
We've also given LeedPhilly.Com aka Philadelphiarealestatehub.com/leedphilly a bit of a face lift. Let me know what you think. The site is designed to chronicle Philadelphia's hottest new LEED certified New Construction projects.
Also, PhiladelphiaNewConstruction.com aka Philadelphiarealestatehub.com/new now includes a fairly comprehensive list of Philadelphia's new residential development projects. For each project, you can quickly view every unit currently on the market, including lots of pics and virtual tours. Soon, ReMax City Space agent Sal Gardner (blog = therealestateitch.com will be doing regular weekly posts to the Hub featuring developments in Philly developments :)
My little bro, Eric Hartman, has been hard at work beefing up our neighborhood statistics pages and the neighborhood info sites as a whole. So far, there are statistics graphs up for most center city Philadelphia neighborhoods.
For a solid example of what the new neighborhood pages will look like, peep the University City page.
One more shameless plug: If you're thinking about selling a home or investment property in Philadelphia and you want to most effectively reach the 80+ % of buyers starting their search online, keep this in mind: PhiladelphiasRealEstate.com, one of our sites, currently ranks #1 for many major Philadelphia Real Estate related keywords on google, including the grand daddy of all prizes, the coveted "Philadelphia Real Estate" seach term. Yay!
Additionally, the blog, PhiladelphiaRealEstateHub.Com has been receiving an average of unique visitors daily for the month of April. Each of these visitors has been checking out a little over 9 pages on Average before starting their search at MustSeeSpace.Com . If you're a developer and want your project to reach the masses, contact us!
