Min “Max” Kim is a Southern California native with over 8+ years of experiences in Real Estate Investment and Sales Transactions. Min received a Bachelors of Science from University of California, Irvine. With a strong financial analytical skills, earned from one of the successful Senior Financial Advisors at Northwestern Mutual for over 4 years, Min transitioned into Real Estate market by opening his independent brokerage, Metro Pointe Premier Realty Inc., in 2004, overseeing residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management. In 2007, Min purchased a franchise of the national firm, the Avalar Network, which his brokerage is now called, SoCal Avalar Real Estate. Prior to opening and operating his own real estate brokerage, Min co-founded a real estate investment company, in 2001, which still successfully operates today as Silverstone Holdings, LLC. Min’s significant experiences in all aspects of residential/ commercial real estate and real estate investments combined with his local market knowledge gives SoCal Avalar Real Estate a firm foundation.
