Review - My wife and I had a great experience working with Soha and her team at RE/MAX. We met Soha several years ago at an open house she was conducting. We came away very impressed with her understanding of the Hoboken market, so much so that we kept her business card and called her when it came time to sell our apartment earlier this year. During our initial visit, Soha spent a lot of time stressing the importance of pricing our unit appropriately to generate strong interest and ultimately achieve a sale. Review - Soha is the best real estate agent I have ever met and worked with. All the agents I dealt with int he past were good at many things but there was always something that I was not happy with. Soha is the only one I met that truley excelled at all aspects of the deal. She is the best negotiatior - Soha made me a lot of money by negotiating between my simultaneous sale and purchase to arive at very favorable terms. She communicates frequently and very effectively, is a great mediator and was able to handle difficut situations (and there were many) with smoothness so as to not upset any of the parties involved but get the deal done. She is a straight shooter, she was very upfront and honest with me on all aspects of the deal, including price (as oposed to inflate the price like many others) and she proved to be right in the end. Soha is professional, friendly, goes to great lengths to accommodate all needs and requests and was able to extend our relationship beyond this transaction, I will only deal with her for all my real estate neds going forward. Review - We recently sold our condo through Soha and couldn't have been more pleased with her results. After months on the market with another realtor and not a single offer, we watched as our neighbor in our same building listed their condo with Soha and got an offer in 5 days! We decided immediately to list with Soha... and had our first offer in 10 days!

The most amazing part though, was that although we had accepted an offer, we were not completely pleased with the price and terms we had to settle for. Soha continued to show the condo and found another interested party, resulting in a bit of a 'bidding war' and getting us a much better price and terms of sale! I really think that most realtors would have been happy for the sale and focused their energies elsewhere.

Review - We just completed the sale of our condo with Soha and were very pleased with our choice!

Other units in our building were competing for sales - we didn't want to wait in queue, we wanted to be the first to sell! Soha assured us that the next unit sold in our building will be ours - and she was right.

In a tough sellers market, she had our unit sold with plenty of time to spare. She doesn't bomb your unit with open houses every weekend. She has good connections with other agents in town and also recommended a great attorney. No ego, no agenda - her only goal is to get your place sold. If you take her advice (even if it means swallowing your pride), the result will be a good one.

Soha also helped with negotiating the offers on our behalf (again, good relationship with the other agent helps here).
