I have more than 20 years of sales experience; I owned and operated a construction business for over 13 years prior to my transition into real estate sales. This had helped me locate and addressed areas that may need repair prior to list a property and also to advice buyers what to address on offers.

I am a dedicated and market savvy professional with extensive knowledge of the industry. My clients best interests are paramount and fair yet aggressive negotiations have gained me respect with colleagues and clients alike. I has also positioned my-self as one of the top agents in the Hispanic community in the Portland Metro Area. In addition, I volunteer one hour a week at the local Spanish radio talk show to inform and keep the Spanish community up to date with all the new changes with the local real estate market. My goal and massage on the radio is to let the Spanish community the options they have to keep their homes and void foreclosure.

With over 18 years in the Portland Metropolitan Area, I have a deep understanding of the tri-county Portland Metro Area and its current market. My performance and production have earned many client referrals and repeat business.
