Inside the Incline MLS this week we had some additional activity. August is shaping up to be a GREAT month and with all the new open escrows, September closings ought to be FANTASTIC!

Only 11 new listings were added to the Incline MLS this week. 4 new condominiums, no PUDS (Planned Unit Developments) and a total of 7 new single family homes. The new homes were exciting with 1169 Lakeshore at $12Mil, 209 Nue Court at $3.295Mil and 890 Tyner at $1.34Mil. Read More...
