As I was taking pictures of nearby horses, this colt followed me, not so much by getting closer to me but he continued looking at me with his eyes! How beautiful he is! We made eye contact several more times and I finally took a picture of him looking directly at me! I still wonder what he was thinking?!

I would have loved to touch him and rub my hand along his muzzle but his mother was closeby and that may have been another story altogether!

Do you feel you need more forward momentum in your business? Here are 5 tips that can get you up & going!

Develop a Business Plan. Include short-term as well as long-term goals. It doesn't have to be extraordinary and complicated. Even if it's as simple as writing down 2 listings and 2 closings per month.

Keep it Simple: I learned this in college. Do not overcomplicate things by adding too many duties and responsibilities to your list. If you take on too many things, it may be self-defeating and disappointing.

Meet Face to Face: Get out and meet people...in person. Sure, your online presence is important but so is putting yourself in front of peers and potential clients. Join the Chamber, become a Board Member of your favorite charity, become active in your local Board of Realtors organization.

Find Out What Motivates You: Focus on self-motivation and go for it! Visualize your success, create a Wish Board, add to it frequently and keep it updated. If it's a trip to Italy you want, then work towards it! It can happen! It's up to you!

Remember to Contact People: Send out a monthly/biweekly newletter, call 10 or more prospects per day or call past clients to find out if there is anything you can do for them. Market to your own family and friends...yes, it's important to constantly remind them that you are a real estate agent and can help them! Even if it is just getting a referral commission!

Some beautiful faces smiling back at me! I have to admit since my surgery I have been somewhat confined to being indoors while recovering but imagine my surprise when I walked outside this morning and was greeted by Mother Nature and her many children!

Most of our flowers have gone dormant due to falling temperatures during the night but these are thriving!

What a fabulous gift I received today!
